Major Activities
- Support improvement and beautification of that portion of the City of Pittsburgh known prior to 1907 as Allegheny City.
- Document, preserve and interpret the history of Old Allegheny City and the North Side.
- Support preservation of the "Commons," monuments and landmarks in the North Side.
- Create tours, lectures, publications and educational programs that perpetuate the history of Allegheny City.

Allegheny Regional has been a landmark on the Northside since it was dedicated by President Benjamin Harrison on February 20, 1890.
Northside Christian Health Center
Responding to the teachings of Christ, the North Side Christian Health Center is dedicated to providing quality whole-person health care services to the underserved community of the North Side. We will provide Christ-centered care consistent with our core values: Respect, Dignity, Community, Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence.
Northside Community Development Fund
The Northside Community Development Fund (Northside Fund) is a 501(c)(3) CDFI certified by the Department of Treasury. Established in 2000, the organization is dedicated to a mission of “providing financing and development services to promote community development on Pittsburgh’s Northside.” The Northside Fund operates two lines of business-commercial lending and development services and commercial real estate investment. A third line of business-residential financing services-will be launched in 2006.
Northside Leadership Conference
The Northside Leadership conference is a coalition of Northside community-based organizations, committed to addressing mutual concerns through a united approach in order to promote and enhance the vitality, quality of life and image of Pittsburgh’s Northside.
Riverside Center for Innovation
Located on Pittsburgh's North Shore is the Riverside Center for Innovation, an office complex that helps both start-ups and growing businesses excel by providing the following services: incubator services, BIC services, special services, Save Smart Program, loan packaging, business plan competition, business counseling, and Brownfield environmental assessment services.
