In business in the greater Pittsburgh area for 29 years, Linda Iannotta Catering may be the longest running gourmet catering business still operating under its original owner. Linda produces and serves upscale continental brunches, lunches, hors d'oeuvres and dinners for both corporate and private clients.
Her commercial kitchen is located on Western Avenue in the Allegheny West Historic District on the North Side, five minutes from downtown.
Linda began her catering business in her first home in Ross Township, moving into her commercial address soon after as the business grew. At the same time, she moved to the city and still resides in a restored Victorian home in Allegheny West.
Linda founded and operated the Linda Iannotta Gallery on Western Avenue for five years, and has owned and restored two additional properties in the Allegheny West neighborhood.
In 1992, she published a compendium of her recipes in Fabulous Feasts, a cookbook illustrated with photographs by Roy Englebrecht.
Linda is married and has one daughter, a Ph.D. policy analyst at the Government Accountability Office in Washington D.C.
